If you are registering as a business, we require proof of business, which includes copies of your incorporation documents and VAT/tax number.

Within 24 hours of your registration, you will receive an email from us. When we have received all the required documents, we will inform you in this email that you are fully approved for bidding. To place a bid, all you need to do is type in the amount you wish to offer. If your bid is higher than the current highest bid and there is still time remaining in the auction, you will become the new high bidder. Your bid will automatically advance to your entered amount and become the new highest bid. If you win the auction, you will be responsible for paying the amount you bid in the bid box.

If a bid is placed in the last three minutes, the auction will be extended for another three minutes to prevent a bidder from trying to place a high bid in the last moments of the auction.
Every vehicle auctioned has a reserve price, which the seller accepts as the highest bid. The reserve price is treated confidentially. Reserve price means, that your bid must meet or exceed the reserve price to be accepted. If you are the highest bidder but your bid has not reached the reserve price, the car will not be sold. Whether the minimum price has been reached will only be announced to the member with the highest bid after the auction has ended. You’ll be informed via email.

If you were the highest bidder but another bidder’s bid exceeds yours, you will be notified via the email address or mobile phone number you have set in your account settings. You can change this settings in your account.
Yes. All information is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties. More about this under “Privacy Policy”. Highest bids are displayed with the user name.
The buyer’s premium is a fee owed by the buyer in addition to the net purchase price. The buyer’s premium fee amounts to 2.5% of the net purchase price.
You must pay the full purchase amount within 5 business day via bank transfer.
We offer our customers the option to pay in Euros and Swiss Francs too, next to US-Dollar. We will use the current exchange rate at the time the auction closes on Sunday. The basic currency remains USD, and bids are always made in USD.
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, the sales price is always net, i.e. excluding VAT. In the case of export, this is calculated according to the country of destination (delivery) and paid by the buyer.
You will receive an invoice from us after the auction including payment instructions. Payment is due in full within 5 working days after the auction. After receipt of payment, we will organize transport with you, if desired.
No. We expect the full amount of the highest bid at which the vehicle was sold within 5 working days on our account.
We are happy to work with you to organize the transport of the vehicle to your desired destination. Transport costs are covered by the buyer.

When selling a vehicle via InsiderAuctions, the seller must pay a sales commission as well as a promotion fee. The costs vary depending on the vehicle (value). One of our specialists will be happy to clarify the details with you.
The seller’s commission is a percentage of the sale proceeds that InsiderAuctions receives for the successful sale of your vehicle.
The promotion fee is charged because we prepare your vehicle accordingly, photograph it, advertise it in detail on our site (contents) and organize the transport to the buyer. The fee is charged at the time of sale, as well as in case of a failed sale (not reaching your desired price, reserve).
As long as your vehicle meets our requirements, all documents, receipts and a verifiable history are available, we are happy to discuss a sale. As a rule, however, we prefer collectors & dealers known to us. This allows us to offer an excellent service to our clientele.

Yes, the sale will be completely anonymous. The vehicle will be transferred to us after the sale, which will remove the seller from the ID card.
